The challenge
TPAC Underwriters, Inc., a leading Managing General Underwriter with over 30 years in medical insurance, relied on a manual, “fax-machine”– style process for generating quotes and collaborating with brokers and clients.

This cumbersome workflow led to:

The solution
Creed partnered with TPAC to deliver a secure, scalable underwriting portal in three phases:
- Discovery & requirements gathering

- Conducted technical feasibility analysis for integrating Azure AD/Google SSO, MFA, and quoting APIs.

- Created wireframes and interactive prototypes for quote creation, approval routing, and client tracking.
