Creed Interactive Honored as a Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal Top Place to Work

Almost a decade ago Jonathan and Stacy Anderstrom, having worked for multiple creative agencies, were beginning to grow tired of watching promises to clients get broken.  They had dreams of venturing out and starting a new kind of interactive agency that had a set of core values – a creed – based on the belief that clients deserve deeply committed partners and that skilled employees deserve to know their worth.

Many people have dreams of starting their own business and disrupting stagnant industry practices with fresh, innovative ideas, but few people act on those dreams. The Andestroms, however, did, and today they are the co-founders of Creed Interactive, a company that was just honored by the Minneapolis St Paul Business Journal as one of 2020’s Top Places to Work.

These accolades come as no surprise to current Creed employees, who enjoy perks such as the flexibility of working from home, endless learning opportunities, and fantastic benefits such as employer-paid health and dental insurance.

“I’ve always had the belief that when employees know they are valued, they produce better work. At Creed, we make it a priority to ensure all our staff are fully aware that we recognize and appreciate what they bring to the table. And I like to think that’s part of the reason why they continually produce such exceptional work for our clients,” said Jonathan.

Creed Interactive is now making it possible for potential hires to get a closer look at what it’s like to work at Creed, with the launch of their new culture website, culture.creedinteractive.com. This website will make it possible for candidates considering a move to Creed to really get a sense of their innovative atmosphere and collaborative culture.
