Vic has kept a sourdough starter alive for nearly 15 years, which he considers “basically a weird, bubbly pet.” He’s also a former competitive speed climber who now enjoys sport climbing, and he geeks out over games, nutrition science, and perfecting his workouts like a personal experiment.
